Abstract | This capstone is designed to support instructions, learning, and assessment at Savannah State University. The concepts that frame this capstone include Johnson and Aragon's (2004) pedagogical model that was used to develop the HRE Online Master's Degree Program. The manual addresses the new faculty member with a getting started systematic guide through D2L modules. It includes a multimedia overview of videos, features third party application for instructors, and includes sample lessons from three instructional designers who promote learning.
