| Abstract | The purposes of this descriptive study were to better describe to the administrators of a Midwestern university the strengths and weaknesses of its physical education program, to furnish a description of the alumni with respect to employment longevity in the field of physical education, employment trends, and attitudes toward the program. The study included alumni of the university's physical education division and data were collected using a survey instrument. Data analysis revealed four major findings: (1) the alumni felt very positive about their experience at the university, (2) the alumni felt highly prepared in most areas of teaching, (3) the alumni felt the need for preparatory improvement in the area of Technology and (4) the alumni felt the need for additional methods courses required as curricular courses.
