Abstract	This bulletin provides a directory, in four parts, of officials in education-related institutions and organizations nationwide, as well as some international. Part 1, Principal State and County School Officers was prepared by Nolia D. Fraser and includes: (1) United States Office of Education; (2) Principal State school officers, including the 48 States, District of Columbia, and 8 outlying parts of the United States; and (3) County and other local superintendents of schools in the 48 States, Philippine Islands, and Puerto Rico. Part 2, City School Officers was prepared by Lula Mae Comstock and comprises: (1) Principal school officers in cities and towns of 2,500 population or more in the 48 States and District of Columbia; and (2) Superintendents of Catholic parochial schools, in the archdioceses and dioceses. Part 3, Colleges and Universities (Including All Institutions of Higher Education), prepared by Ella B. Ratcliffe and Edith B. Noyes: (1) presents statistics regarding the schools accredited by one or more of seven national or regional accrediting associations, control of the institution, and undergraduate enrollment; (2) lists the universities and colleges, professional or technological schools, teachers colleges, normal schools, Negro institutions of all types, and junior colleges within each State, the District of Columbia, and outlying parts of the United States; and (3) provides changes in the Educational Directory--institutions no longer listed, reclassified, changed name, or newly added. Part 4, Educational Associations and Directories was prepared by Mary Simo Clancy and contains entries for: (1) American associations (educational, civic, and learned); (2) Educational foundations and boards; (3) Church educational organizations; (4) International educational associations and foundations; (5) National Congress of Parents and Teachers; (6) Executive offices of State library commissions; (7) State library associations; and (8) Educational and social directories.
