Abstract | Anxiety in language learning is one of the less researched areas; that is why this study explores whether the anxiety level of foreign language learners is related to their self efficacy levels. For this purpose, 100 participants joined the study and the Foreign Language Learning Anxiety Scale and The Self Efficacy Scale were administered to them. The results show that both aspects are uncorrelated and gender plays no important role in terms of the anxiety level and self perception ratings of these junior teacher trainees.
