Abstract | The Child Welfare League of America is the nation's oldest and largest membership-based child welfare organization committed to engaging people everywhere in promoting the well-being of children, youth, and their families and protecting every child from harm. By publishing a diverse range of views on a wide array of topics, "Children's Voice" seeks to encourage public discussion and debate among those who are committed to helping children and families. This issue of "Children's Voice" includes: (1) Turning the Tables: Children Caring for Family; (2) Today's Foster Care Campaign: An Integrated Marketing Approach; (3) Prescription for Disaster: Access to Health Care Is a Problem for Children of Immigrants Nationwide; (4) Health Beat: Snuffing out Secondhand Smoke in Foster Homes; (5) Down to Earth Dad: Men Are Problem Solvers (from Mars); (6) Exceptional Children: Learning Disabilities and Special Education; and (7) Great Boards: How the Board Can Measure It's Own Passion and Commitment.
