Abstract	This Oklahoma curriculum guide, which includes a teacher edition, a student edition, and a student workbook, provides three units for a course on oxyacetylene welding, oxyfuel cutting, and cutting done with alternative fuels such as MAPP, propane, and natural gas. The three units are: "Oxyacetylene Welding"; "Oxyfuel Cutting"; and "Oxyacetylene Braze Welding and Surfacing." The teacher edition consists of introductory pages and teacher pages. Introductory pages include a training and competency profile, a national skills/Oklahoma duty and task crosswalk, an instructor task analysis, basic skills icons and classifications, a basic skills matrix, and a list of tools, equipment, and materials needed. Teacher pages include suggested activities, answers to assignment sheets, written test with answers, teacher supplements, and transparency masters. The student edition includes learning activities sheets, objective sheets, information sheets, and student supplements for each unit. The student workbook contains assignment and job sheets (skill tests) keyed to the objectives of each unit. (KC)
