Abstract	This book focuses on the theoretical, empirical and practice-based implications of recognizing cultural diversity in the psychology of women. Contributors to this volume share the common objective of keeping feminist psychology robust and useful. Chapters in the first section, "Cultural Diversity in Theory and Methodology in Feminist Psychology," present a few of the many methodological and theoretical issues in feminist psychology, sharing the conclusion that a European American sociocultural context has shaped and informed the methodologies and concepts of feminist psychology. Chapters in the second section, "Cultural Diversity in Feminist Practice in Psychology," address issues of feminist therapy, the supervision and training of feminist-multicultural therapists, and policy regarding sexual harassment in higher education (chapter 9: "Academic Sexual Harassment," by Michele A. Paludi, and others). The third section, "The Psychology of Women in Four Ethnic Groups," explores the psychology of African, Asian, Latina, and Native American women. Taken together, these chapters highlight the need for interdisciplinary analyses in examining culture and gender. The final section, "Ethnicity and Selected Research Topics in Feminist Psychology," explores women's health, gender differences in language use, and pornography as subjects for research.
