Abstract	This book and others in the Changes in the Environment Series were produced as part of the GLOBE-NET Project, a partnership of science teachers and research scientists working on various aspects of global change. This book contains up-to-date information about the ozone as well as ideas and resources for teaching about it. Sections of this sourcebook include: Questions Frequently Asked about Ozone; Ozone Timeline: Twin Problems of Tropospheric and Stratospheric Ozone; Ozone Glossary; Ozone Conceptual Outline; Student Activities including checking attitudes, whole body ozone chemistry, ozone mathematics, investigating ozone damage to plants, investigating relationships between ozone and weather conditions, exploring ozone trends using the air quality index, searching the literature for ozone answers, a crossword puzzle, and using an electronic bulletin board system to obtain current ozone information; References and Teaching Resources including books for students, reference materials for teachers and advanced students, other printed materials, computer software, video tapes, and personal monitoring device; and Assessment of Student Achievement.
