| Abstract | This set of documents presents directories of resources on the topic of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) available in Canada in English and in French. The first section in each directory contains a list of names, addresses, and telephone numbers of organizations from which readers may obtain the listed resources. Resources are then listed and annotated under the categories of: (1) aboriginal and northern peoples; (2) adults; (3) epidemiology, surveillance, and biomedical research; (4) the Federal Centre for AIDS; (5) treatment and caregivers; and (6) youth. The section on adults is subdivided into four parts: general, AIDS in the workplace, parents, and women. The section on AIDS and youth provides resources on both in-school youth and street youth. A total of 75 resources are included. All resources are listed alphabetically in the index. (NB) |
