| Abstract | The tenth and final volume of this study provides a short, crisp summary of its findings for educators at all levels. Important considerations are suggested for federal and state policymakers as they support schools in their change efforts, and for school people who are committed to making effective and long-lasting improvements in their classrooms. These conclude with "a path to success," consisting of six major practical insights derived from the study as a whole. An annotated bibliography describes the 10 volumes of the study's master report, supporting documents from which the volumes were written, and additional publications that describe various study methodologies and findings for particular audiences.
