Abstract | These military-developed curriculum materials consist of five volumes of text information, student workbooks, and supplements for use in training veterinary specialists. Covered in the individual volumes are the following topics: the veterinary airman, administration, and statistical procedures; veterinary microbiology, consumer-level quality audit program, food technology, operational ration and egg inspection; meat inspection; animal service, military working dogs, fresh fruits and vegetables, waterfoods, and dairy products; and support of the aerospace medicine program. Each chapter contains objectives, readings, review exercises, and answers for student self-study and evaluation. (MN) |
