Abstract | This annotated bibliography was prepared by InterAmerica Research Associates for use by teachers and paraprofessionals working in early childhood programs serving Spanish-speaking children throughout the United States. The materials are presented under three major categories: staff development, instructional materials, and supplemental materials. The staff development section contains only materials which have been identified as instructional for the preschool staff rather than the preschool children. The instructional materials section lists materials which can be used separately to develop specific skills in children or teaching personnel. This includes instructional units and activities. The supplemental materials section which is divided into four subsections (kits, storybooks, records, and other), provides materials to aid in the instructional process. Annotations and order information are included in each section. (Author/MP) |
