Abstract	Module 5 of a seven module package for child protective service workers outlines procedures for conscientious recruitment and screening of volunteers for a parent aide program serving abused and neglected children and their families. Four activities are geared to laying out a plan for recruiting volunteers, writing a parent aide job description, and developing a plan for screening applicants. Included are directions for using the media package and questions for discussion. (SBH)
