Abstract	Annual reports from 48 states, the District of Columbia, and two Canadian provinces, focusing on problems, activities, achievements, and other areas of interest to the postsecondary education community, are presented. A report was not received from Maine or Wyoming (no state agency). Most of the reports include information on enrollments, student aid, appropriations, program review, capital funds, new degrees, salary trends, and tuition. (SW)
