Abstract | This is a hearing before the Subcommittee on Courts, Civil Liberties, and the Administration of Justice of the Committee on the Judiciary, House of Representatives, Ninety-Fifth Congress, Second Session on Bureau of Prisons, Youth and Juvenile Policies. Norman Carlson, Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, makes a statement, and there is an exchange of correspondence between Carlson and Peggy Wisenberg of the National Prison Project.
