Abstract	These lesson plans are designed to be used with the textbook of the same title. Each lesson plan is broken into four activity parts. The four parts and their major purposes in the scheme of the lesson are as follows: (1) introductory activity; (2) fitness development activity; (3) lesson focus activities; and (4) game activity. The material and organization in the lesson plan format is broken into four columns. The first column, "Movement Experience--Content," lists the sequences that will be taught in the lesson. The second column is labeled "Organization and Teaching Hints" and provides the teacher points for efficient organization of the class, stress points, and teaching cues. "Expected Student Objectives and Outcomes" is the third category and lists objectives that students should reach. The "Notes and References" column references all activities in the textbook for easy referral and provides evaluation criteria. (Authors/JD)
