Abstract	The agreement reached between Temple University and the Temple Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) is presented. Items covered in the agreement include: recognition; salaries; fringe benefits; workload; tenure procedures; termination of service of faculty; promotion; appointment, promotion, and termination of service of librarians and academic professionals; selection of department chairpersons; and safety and health. Also covered are affirmative action, maintenance of standards, grievance procedures, arbitration procedures, rights of AAUP, rights of Temple, personnel files, and federal wage controls. (SPG)
