| Abstract | This booklet is designed to provide basic information about creeksheds in urbanizing areas; why they are important, how they are adversely affected by urbanization and what can be done to protect creek benefits and avoid problems. The text provides non-technical information relating to small watersheds and their management. The booklet is designed as a source book for those with an interest in but no experience with water resource problems. A glossary of related terms and a bibliography are included for reference.
