| Abstract | This basic directory prepared by the International Bureau of Education offers a reference tool to all engaged in educational documentation and information services and is published to improve the international network for the exchange of ideas and experiences. Entries are included for the national service of 75 member States, arranged in English alphabetical order by country. Each includes name and address of the service and information on staff, activities, services, fields, collections, classification, audiovisual materials, reprographic services, periodical publications, monographs, and studies and surveys in preparation when available. Five regional and five international services are also listed. Entries are in either English or French. New editions of this directory are planned at two-year intervals. (Author/KP) |
