| Abstract | This bibliobraphy is comprised of annotations of 142 selected research articles and reports, on topics relating to factors which influence teachers' perception and fulfillment of their professional role, which have appeared in the literature from 1968 to 1972. Items relating to factors such as organizational climate, curriculum, job satisfaction, and teacher aides are included. The entries are numbered and are arranged alphabetically by author in the body of the bibliography. Code letters identify descriptor categories by which each item is classified. A listing of items by descriptor category follows the annotations. (Author) |
