Abstract	Results of research conducted by the Florida Community/Junior College Inter-Institutional Research Council to determine the progress of transfer students in the state universities are provided in 29 tables and discussions of the data. The data reported were obtained in five articulation studies made to determine: (1) a general description of community college transfer student characteristics, (2) the relationship of test scores and academic performance, (3) the academic performance of community college transfer students by major and college of origin, (3) the retention of transfer students in the universities, and (4) the numbers of transfer students in post-baccalaureate programs and their academic success. An appendix provides annotations of the literature reviewed. (DB)
