| Abstract | Presented in this document is the agreement between the District 9 Area Board of Vocational, Technical and Adult Education and the American Federation of Teachers for the period from January 1, 1972 through June 30, 1973. Contained in the articles of the agreement are sections covering hours and working conditions, grievance procedures, salaries and professional growth, insurance, pension, leaves of absence, teacher evaluation, academic freedom, publication rights, safety and health, union activities, and the school calendar.
