Abstract | This collection of materials and statements is the final project report of "Center for Re-Education of Teachers." The purpose of the project, which places teachers, consultants, supervisors, principals, and members of teacher training staffs in college and university laboratory settings during the summer, is stated as follows: individuals and groups, without the pressures experienced during the school year, will carefully appraise and assess themselves and their work. The report indicates that participants were encouraged to experiment in the individualization of instruction, the packaging of curriculum, and new organizational patterns. The document contains the summary of assessment instrument responses to the summer laboratory; statements of success, failure, and impact; and supplementary materials such as letters and visitation evaluations.
