| Abstract | A survey was conducted to gather data on programs for young children run by the States. Questionnaires were distributed to the following State agencies: State Department of Education, State Department of Health, State Department of Institutions, State Department of Labor and Employment, and State Department of Social Services. This report presents a detailed look at the State departments' programs for children ages 0-12 in Colorado. It is divided into four sections. Section I is a narrative summary of the programs. Section II contains two charts which display data pertinent to each of the 81 programs. Section III contains comments from agency individuals, and Section IV presents conclusions. (Author/CK) |
