| Abstract | In addition to surveying the approaches to and elements comprising vocational guidance, this book represents an attempt to develop a position state about the potential significance of vocational guidance within the educational context. As a result of this approach, vocational development is viewed as a subsystem within the larger system of education, and the chapters of this book are designed to carry the reader through the stages of a systems approach to vocational guidance.
