Abstract	The 1969 annual evaluation Title I (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) State Migrant Program in Kansas is presented in this report. The program was in operation in 9 school districts for 6 weeks during the summer and consisted of 1,093 children from preschool to 6th grade. The children were between the ages of 2 and 14 with only 4 being over 14 years of age. The program's objectives were (1) to improve the child's performance in language usage and oral communication, (2) to improve the children's physical health, and (3) to give the child cultural enrichment experiences. The program is discussed in terms of its innovative and/or exemplary projects, the teacher-pupil ratio, and curriculum changes. A critique of the program by the parents, teachers, and administrators is presented. Other topics discussed in this report include the program's interrelationship with regular Title I programs, its coordination with other migrant training programs, inservice training of personnel and staff utilization, community involvement, supportive services, and attempts to integrate the program with the regular school program.
