Abstract | This annotated bibliography was prepared by the Minnesota Council on Family Relations and provides useful past as well as current and innovative materials about marriage and family living. The numerous books, pamphlets, periodical articles, and audio-visual materials are organized under three major sections: (1) The American Family: Theoretical, Historical, and Subcultural Perspectives, (2) Human Sexuality and Sex Education, (3) Adolescence, (4) Looking Toward Marriage, (5) Married Living, (6) Parent-Child Relationships, (7) Middle and Later Years, (8) Family Life Education: Philosophy and Methodology, and (9) Social Problems. Descriptive information introduces each section and entries are arranged alphabetically by author under various sub-headings. Entries include author, title, publication information, pagination, and brief annotation. A listing of publishers and sources for materials and an author index are appended. (SB) |
