Abstract	The author goes through tutorship from the perspective of the different statements inside the school community: principal, counsellors, tutors, teachers, students and families. After studying different focuses, he reaches to different conclusions where the importance of information, empathy and formation in the tutorship is highlighted. ; El autor hace un recorrido sobre la tutoría desde la perspectiva de los distintos integrantes de la comunidad educativa: dirección, orientación, el profesor-tutor, los alumnos y las familias. Tras valorar los diferentes enfoques llega a una serie de conclusiones donde resalta la importancia de la información, la empatía y la formación en la labor tutorial.
