Abstract | What does it mean to recognize and value mobility in a European context whose dominant educational discourse is marked by neoliberal and managerial ideology ? We will present a chronological analysis of European texts promoting these mobilities at the level of higher education (Bologna process, Erasmus .). This critical review is also based on studies measuring the impact of mobility for young Europeans whose results are more nuanced. In addition, guides (passports, etc.) and questionnaires convey mobility descriptors that also contribute to the dissemination of a certain doxa of employability-mobility. A counterpoint is proposed from the emergence of collaborative and telecollaborative inter-linguistic and cultural practices. |
