Abstract	This report on adult continuing education in Turkey draws on the results of an investigation in several stages. In addition to a compilation and review of secondary literature, interviews were conducted with experts and multipliers in the field of adult continuing education. These included representatives of the field of adult continuing education in Turkey as well as of German institutions with rele-vant experience of contact with Turkish establishments and partners. The final report comprises an overview of the Turkish education system which begins with a historical summary. The next chapters describe the adult continuing education system in Turkey.
