AbstractThe aim of research work: To identify the impact of group and individual physical activities on the socializations of primary school students. Materials and methods: The research involved 48 primary school students, grades from 1 to 4 (7-10-yearold). Subjects were divided into two groups: research group (n = 24) and control group (n = 24). The research group experienced educational physical games and exercises routine and the control group underwent ordinary physical activities. Both groups' classes were held twice a week, for 45 minutes. The research had two stages: before and after the intervention. The study was carried out in one of the city of Kaunas progymnasiums. Methods used in the study: for the behavior, expression of emotions and communication with peers - SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire); to evaluate stress levels during activity - VERIM Lab Pro, biofeedback; evaluation of physical activity's satisfaction - Health Assessment Survey; the expression of physical activity was assessed using Health Behavior in School-aged Children study - HBSC (summary of methodology on leisure-time physical activity). The statistical data analysis package SPSS for Windows 23.0 was used for data processing. Results: The educational physical exercises and games intervention for the research group had a positive impact for students' behavior (p = 0.001), hyperactivity (p = 0.01), communication with peers (p = 0.01) and general difficulties (p = 0.001). In the research group stress levels during physical activities decreased, in smallest (p = 0.021) and biggest (p = 0.037) intensity of activity's. The activities applied in the control group did not have a statistically significant impact on the students' stress levels. In the research group physical activity's satisfaction level (p = 0.001), physical activity's frequency on leisure-time (p = 0.001) and duration (p = 0.004) have increased. The control group did not determine a significant impact on the satisfaction of the peculiar activities, though statistically significant the frequency (p = 0.001) and duration (p = 0.020) of physical activity on leisure-time changed. Conclusion. The research determined that educational physical exercises and games have higher impact on the reduction of students' behavior problems, hyperactivity and general students difficulties, compared to ordinary activities. Educational physical activities have greater impact on primary school students' stress level during physical activity's 4th phase, compared to ordinary activities. Higher impact on students' satisfaction by physical activity and an increase in frequency of physical activity level were determined after the intervention of educational physical games and exercises, compared to ordinary activities. Darbo tikslas - nustatyti grupiniu ir individualiu fiziniu veiklu poveiki pradiniu klasiu mokiniu socializacijai. Tyrimo organizavimas ir metodai. Tyrime dalyvavo 48 pradiniu klasiu mokiniai - nuo 1 iki 4 klases (7-10 m.). Tiriamieji buvo suskirstyti i dvi grupes: tiriamaja (n = 24) ir kontroline (n = 24). Tiriamajai grupei buvo taikomi edukaciniai fiziniai zaidimai ir pratimai, o kontrolinei grupei - iprastines fizines veiklos pratimai. Abiem grupems uzsiemimai vyko po du kartus per savaite po 45 min. Testavimas buvo vykdomas dviem etapais - pries ir po intervencijos - vienoje Kauno miesto progimnaziju. Tyrime taikyti metodai: elgesiui, emociju raiskai ir bendravimui su bendraamziais nustatyti - Galiu ir sunkumu klausimynas; itampos lygiui veiklos metu ivertinti - "VERIM Lab Pro" biogriztamojo rysio metodas; pasitenkinimas fizine veikla vertinamas pagal Fizinio aktyvumo malonumo skale; fizines veiklos raiska buvo vertinama "Mokyklinio amziaus vaiku gyvensenos ir sveikatos tyrimu - HBSC" (metodologijos istrauka apie fizini aktyvuma laisvalaikio metu). Duomenu apdorojimui buvo naudojamas statistines duomenu analizes paketas SPSS for Windows 23.0. Rezultatai. Tiriamojoje grupeje taikyti edukaciniai fiziniai zaidimai ir pratimai turejo teigiama poveiki mokiniu elgesiui (p = 0,001), santykiams su bendraamziais (p = 0,01), bendriems sunkumams (p = 0,001), sumazino hiperaktyvuma (p = 0,01). Sumazejo mokiniu patiriama itampa veiklu metu tiriamojoje grupeje maziausio (p = 0,021) ir didziausio (p = 0,037) intensyvumo veiklose. Statistiskai reiksmingo poveikio mokiniu patiriamai itampai neturejo kontrolineje grupeje taikyti iprastines fizines veiklos pratimai. Tiriamojoje grupeje taikomi pratimai turejo teigiama poveiki mokiniu pasitenkinimui fizine veikla (p = 0,001), padaznejo fiziskai aktyvaus laisvalaikio leidimas (p = 0,001) ir pailgejo trukme (p = 0,004). Kontrolineje grupeje nenustatytas reiksmingas poveikis pasitenkinimui taikoma veikla, taciau statistiskai reiksmingai pakito fiziskai aktyvaus laisvalaikio daznumas (p = 0,001) ir trukme (p = 0,020). Isvados. Neformaliojo ugdymo metu taikyti edukaciniai fiziniai zaidimai ir pratimai labiau sumazino mokiniu elgesio problemas, hiperaktyvuma ir bendrus sunkumus negu neformaliojo ugdymo metu taikytos iprastines fizines veiklos. Pradiniu klasiu mokiniams popamokines veiklos metu taikytos edukacines fizines veiklos labiau sumazino patiriama itampa maziausio intensyvumo veiklos metu, lyginant su popamokinemis iprastinemis fizinemis veiklomis. Nustatytas didesnis poveikis mokiniu pasitenkinimui fizine veikla ir fizinio aktyvumo padidejimui po edukaciniu fiziniu zaidimu ir pratimu intervencijos, lyginant su iprastine fizine veikla. (Autor).
