Abstract	Im Zuge des strukturellen Wandels organisierter Bildung in Deutschland wird in der Ganztagsschule das außerunterrichtliche sportbezogene Nachmittagsangebot vielfach in Kooperation mit lokalen Sportvereinen bereitgestellt. Trotz der Relevanz dieser Kooperation liegen über die entsprechenden Koordinationsinstanzen kaum empirische Erkenntnisse vor. In diesen Kontext lässt sich die Sozialfigur derdes Sportagentin einordnen, dieder in einem Pilotprojekt in Ganztagsschulen implementiert und erprobt wurde. Auf Basis empirischer Befunde der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung konzentriert sich der Beitrag auf die Frage, wie die Sportagentinnen ihre soziale Rolle im dynamischen Handlungsfeld der Kooperation von Ganztagsschule und Sportvereinen entwarfen und ausgestalteten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Sportagentinnen ihre soziale Rolle entlang von drei zentralen Handlungsorientierungen entwarfen: als Agentin des sport(vereins)distanzierten Kindes, der Schule mit besonderem Unterstützungsbedarf und eines bildungszielorientierten Sports. Diese Orientierungen werden dargestellt und im Lichte der Rolle einer Koordinationsinstanz zwischen Ganztagsschule und Sportverein interpretiert. (Autor). Due to the structural change of organized education in Germany, the extra-curricular sport activity afternoons in the all-day school are often provided in cooperation with local sports clubs. Despite this fact, there are hardly any empirical findings about the relevant coordinating institutions. The social figure of sports agent, implemented and tested in a monitored pilot project in all-day schools, can be placed in this context. Based on empirical findings of the monitored project, this contribution focusses on sports agents' social role and their development in the dynamic field of cooperation between all-day schools and sports clubs. The results show that the sports agents designed their social role along central action orientations: as an agent of the sports (club) distanced child, as an agent of the school with a special need of support and as an agent of a sport with educational goals. These fields of activity are presented and interpreted in the light of a coordinating instance's role between all-day school and sports club. (Autor).
