(DIPF/Orig.). Ethical or political concerns, incidentally, to pursue in daily shopping, is considered a low-threshold form of participation. But is the occasional purchase of organic products to be equated with other forms of political participation? The ethnographic view of the everyday life of political consumers shows that the concept of only market-mediated political consumption does not go far enough. (DIPF/Orig.). |
