Abstract	"The yearbook is the exhaustive publication of statistical information on national economy and socio-economic processes in the country. This year such publication is already issued for 62nd time since 1921, and it reflects data for time period from 2000 to 2008. To ensure the reader with full insight in current economic and social trends, this year also main short-term statistical data, respectively, monthly and quarterly data of 2008, are published in the yearbook. The yearbook provides information on socio-political situation, economy and finance, population and social processes, sectors of national economy, as well as on science and technologies. Separate chapter compiles information on international comparisons of social and economic indicators. The publication contains 10 thematic chapters. Each thematic chapter contains several subheadings." Die Untersuchung enthält quantitative Daten. Forschungsmethode: empirisch; empirisch-quantitativ.
