Abstract | This work concerns training of teachers of Physical Education for working with children with impairments as a process of developing a value system to be used by students to solve practical professional tasks; it provides rethinking the essence of pedagogical practices as well as adding to the curriculum modules or disciplines which form special professional competences in the inclusive education environment and organizing social practices. Physical Education teachers are trained for working with children with impairments in accordance with the logic of changing levels of development of students' value-professional consciousness including objective, task-based and problem-based levels.
