AbstractThe social risks arising in modern educational institutions are presented in the paper. The ever-increasing dynamism of the modern sociocultural situation leads to a consistent demand to the education system for the formation of a socially adapted mobile personality with a set of socially significant competences that determine human viability and vitality, success in the implementation of social functions (citizen, family man, employee) and continuous development. So, psychological, physiological processes need to be intensified and physical reserves of the body to be mobilized, especially during the transition from school to professional education. Years of training lay the foundation for self-determination of a future expert, who is ready to compete in the today's society. We revealed some risks, most remarkable when learning, tear influence the process of formation of personal qualities. Adverse factors that accompany the learning process destroy the integrity and nature of the growing body, mental inferiority complex, characterized by anxiety, loss of self-confidence, passivity, isolation or, on the contrary, egocentrism and aggression, which leads to severe stress and cannot but affects the progress in learning and proper mastering of the chosen speciality. Underestimating of the problems of intraschool education arising when learning leads to social disasters the society faces. In this case, one cannot but recognizes the role of physical culture and sport as a biosocial phenomenon, driven by the need to apply them in an educational institution, given the array of cultural values, the development of which will contribute to the student's transformation on the way of his development as a personality. Specific functions of physical culture are aimed at reducing the social risks among those involved in learning, forming a socially mature personality of the younger generation. Verf.-Referat.

V nastojascej stat'e izlozeny social'nye riski, voznikajuscie v sovremennych obrazovatel'nych ucrezdenijach. Sovremennyj vsevozrastajuscij dinamizm sociokul'turnoj situacii obuslovlivaet neprotivorecivoe trebovanie k sisteme obrazovanija na vosproizvodstvo social'no adaptirovannoj mobil'noj licnosti, obladajuscej sovokupnost'ju social'no znacimych kompetencij, determinirujuscich ziznesposobnost' i ziznestojkost' celoveka, uspesnost' v realizacii social'nych funkcij (grazdanin, sem'janin, rabotnik), nepreryvnoe razvitie. Eto trebuet intensifikacii psichologiceskich, fiziologiceskich processov i mobilizacii fiziceskich rezervov organizma, osobenno pri perechode ot skol'nogo obrazovanija k professional'nomu. Gody obucenija zakladyvajut osnovu dlja samoopredelenija buduscego specialista, gotovogo konkurirovat' v sovremennom obscestve. Nami raskryty nekotorye riski, naibolee projavljajusciesja v processe obucenija, vlijajuscie na process formirovanija licnostnych kacestv. Neblagoprijatnye faktory, soprovozdajuscie process obucenija, razrusajut celostnost' i estestvennost' rastuscego organizma, kompleks psichiceskoj nepolnocennosti, charakterizujuscijsja trevogoj, poterej uverennosti v sebe, passivnost'ju, izolirovannost'ju ili, naoborot, egocentrizmom i agressivnost'ju, cto privodit k tjazelejsim stressovym sostojanijam i ne mozet ne skazat'sja na effektivnosti usvoenija ucebnogo materiala i polnocennogo osvoenija vybrannoj special'nosti. Nedoocenka problem vnutriskol'nogo obrazovanija, voznikajuscich v processe obucenija, privodit k social'nym katastrofam, s kotorymi stalkivaetsja obscestvo. V dannom slucae nel'zja ne priznat' rol' fiziceskoj kul'tury i sporta kak fenomena biosocial'nogo, obuslavlivajuscego neobchodimost' primenjat' ich v obrazovatel'nom ucrezdenii, ucityvaja vsju sovokupnost' cennostej kul'tury, osvoenie kotorych budet sposobstvovat' preobrazovaniju ucascegosja na puti ego voschozdenija k licnosti. Specificeskie funkcii fiziceskoj kul'tury napravleny na snizenie vozniknovenija social'nych riskov u ucastnikov obrazovatel'nogo processa, formiruja social'no zreluju licnost' podrastajuscego pokolenija.
