(Autorenreferat). "The study analyses information about sociology and study programs of sociology on websites of departments of sociology at public universities in Germany. First interviews with students at one university were conducted about their information search behavior and knowledge about sociology. Based on this a document and internet analysis shows that there is a considerable gap between data available on the websites and their transformation into information. Finally the website www.soziologie-studieren.de is presented containing basic information about sociology, studying sociology and sociology programs." (author's abstract). |
