Abstract | Practical problems of professional military, sports and other activities related to management and control of all spheres of human activity in special or exceptional conditions urgently need searching for constructive solutions to the problem of evaluation, analysis and management of human functional states. The dynamic study of the health status of cadets is an effective system for monitoring of the body's adaptation to conditions of studies and military service. Thus, based on the submitted materials it was found that there are no significant differences in the indices of functional status of girls and boys. The formed after a year of studies level of functional status and physical fitness of cadets corresponds to the trained body, providing for high results in general physical standards. However, it is achieved by the significant stress of body's functional reserves, as evidenced by the indicators of immune status and incidence of cadets. The faculty of the university, unit commanders in planning and conducting training and educational activities need to take into account the specifics of the educational process of military-sports university (hyperactive motor mode), to use an individual approach to dosing of physical loads in view of health and functional status of cadets.
