| Abstract | Since 2011 within the studies on formation of the prospective specialists' sociolegal competence, the researchers allocated as single organizational elements the legal training of specialists in adaptive physical culture, sport and tourism and training of specialists working directly with the handicapped. The origin of sports where the handicapped can participate, is associated with the name of Ludwig Guttmann, a British neurosurgeon who introduced sports into the rehabilitation process of patients with spinal injuries, overcoming century-long stereotypes related to the handicapped. In his practice he proved that sport creates conditions for efficient living of the handicapped, restores psychical equilibrium, so that the handicapped could live a fulfilled life regardless disabilities. The purpose of the study was to design theoretical basics of the normative legal training of prospective specialists in the sphere of social tourism in the continuous vocational training system. In the modern world social tourism is a common standard of life support with economic and humanitarian func- tions. Specialists in the sphere of social tourism fail to comply their commitments in full measure in compliance with professional requirements due to the low level of their sense of justice, ignorance of regulatory legal acts and the lack of communicative skills with the handicapped. Therefore, the problem of normative legal training of specialists of the sphere is getting more urgent. Verf.-Referat. |
