| Abstract | Solution of the crucial national-wide problem of training of elite experts is a priority direction of modernization of professional education, stipulating for the use of health protection principles in the educational system. Student years are an important phase of development of future bachelors and masters of different traditional humanitarian university specialties, when their abilities are being discovered, intelligence is being developed and knowledge is being extended. In the last decades the trend to deterioration of health and physical activity has been marked among young students. Their health problems are the state priority, since young people are the main manpower reserve of modern Russia and their state today is the national health tomorrow. The purpose of the study was to examine the phenomenon of the positive influence of health and fitness university activity on formation of the students' need for healthy way of life. The subjected model of health and fitness university activity for students or its single components can be applied effectively in the system of teaching of health protection among the young people of Russia. When necessary the components of the quoted system can be adapted when used not only in the system of higher school, but in other educational institutions. Verf.-Referat. |
