AbstractCreation of conditions for progressive improvement of results of competitive activity is one of effective ways to increase sportsmanship and rational use of boxer's kinesiological potential. The rise of fitness indices is defined by many factors, where the level of development of moral and volitional and ethical qualities is of special importance. The study of the athlete's world outlook and character should be supplemented by the continuous monitoring of his behavior after trainings, providing for a substantial expansion of the pedagogical environment of the trainer and boxer interaction, as well as control of the process of formation of the individual's personal features (diligence, persistence, determination, purposefulness etc.), ensuring successful sports achievements. The purpose of the study was to design a system of pedagogical effects aimed at improvement of moral-volitional and ethical qualities of qualified boxers and check their efficiency within a pedagogical experiment. In boxing, associated with multilevel relationships of opposing athletes, combat is a model of conflict competition based on the use of specific features of the mechanism of body adaptation to stress situations. As shown by the results of the pedagogical experiment, most of trainers do not have a clear idea of the content of educational work, of its orientation, forms, tasks and evaluation criteria. The present scientific and methodological literature contains the matters proving the necessity of the educative work without indicating to the structural components of the given educational process; certain methods and variants of solution of educational tasks, recommendations on effective forms and approaches etc. Proceeding from the analysis of the obtained results of the pedagogical experiment, specific educational tasks should be set on every training class, along with the use of effective methods of their solution based on certain criteria.
