| Abstract | The purpose of the study was to find the truth in progressive change of educational information environment. Sociological analysis of educational process in secondary educational institution had revealed most remarkable pedagogical conditions promoting effective organization of student education. In many respects human health depends on the state of environment and if not taken into account at occupations of physical exercises, will have negative instead of positive effect. Analysis of curricula of secondary professional-educational institutions and graduates' survey had promoted allocation and scientific substantiation of organizational-pedagogical conditions of training experts in physical culture. The pedagogical experiment had proved that using the allocated within the study organizational-pedagogical conditions it is possible to increase in students: interest in subjects; progress in subjects; microclimate in a collective; fitness level; attitude to professional activity, health level. The allocated organizational-pedagogical conditions had been introduced to the educational process of training of experts in physical culture of Sterlitamak institute of physical culture and the Trans-Ural college of physical culture and health.
