Abstract | The purpose of the present paper was to study positive experience of organization of university educational process in Western Europe. In western Europe a precisely set by the end of the XX century system of education is in action - the Anglo-Saxon two-level system - Bachelor's and Master's programmes. In European countries the unified system of students' load registration - ECTS (The European Credit Transfer System) is in action. The declaration on "Agreement of systems of higher education of European countries" is signed where the question on the introduction of similar schemes of organization of educational process is set. International organizations strive for work of unified criteria of diplomas of higher education. The credit system ECTS simplifies tracking of students' competence and brings together national educational programs and substantially simplifies changing one European university to another. The module presupposes mastering of one discipline at one time, passing exams in it and followed by transition to another one. In Russia student masters 12-15 disciplines simultaneously within half a year and passes exams in it within 2-3 weeks. Transition to the Western European organization of education requires psychological reorganization of students and teacher. Verf.-Referat. |
