Change and development don't go without emotions. They include grief, annoyance and fear on the one hand. On the other hand, positive feelings, in addition to rational understanding, need to be connected with an aspired goal. Successful change needs the confidence, that the ongoing change process is not only comprehensible but manageable and meaningful. In this context the phase model of organizational consulting can be helpful, especially when it is linked with biblical texts. |
