Abstract	It is shown, how a group of three university faculties worked with a small group of New Zealand teachers to support their use of the Cooperative Learning model to restructure their teaching of physical education. This collaborative approach provided valuable insights into the ongoing feasibilities of using the Cooperative Learning model in physical education and the factors that enable and contrain teachers' use of Cooperative Learning.
