Abstract	Virtually no other subject receives as much attention in the field of vocational further training as the evaluation of education and the examination of its effectiveness. The considerable demand for concentration on this field contrasts starkly with the range of useful instruments for practice and theory. This book attempts to fill the gap. The history of evaluation research is outlined, theories and models, the aims of evaluation and research subjects are presented. In addition, its forms, methods and designs together with its target groups are discussed. Finally, a separate evaluation model for further training is developed which can be applied to various evaluation projects as a model of the didactic field. (Verlag).
