Abstract | The work is structured in eight chapters, a bibliography list; five annexes are added. Chapter One is dedicated to clearing up the notion of pedagogic research and shading it for the religious education field. In order to stimulate the Religion teacher to research, the authors present the necessity and the complexity of pedagogic research and also its classes, making reference and systematic approaches to the religious education field. Chapter Two offers a practical guide to projecting pedagogic research with a diversity of examples, the specific demands to each step and the underlining of some possible mistakes. The third chapter presents details of the pedagogic research methodology, respectively the descriptive statistics part, necessary for a pedagogic research. There are a lot of examples here illustrating almost each statistic procedure. The updated bibliography and the precision of the use of statistic terminology once again prove the authors' researcher abilities. Fixed in the basic recommendations of the curriculum theory, the work in the fourth chapter proposes and illustrates an interdisciplinary approach of the religious phenomenon and of its research. Chapter Five deals with the issue of practical difficulties in pedagogic research. The sixth Chapter illustrates "Ethical Implications in Pedagogic Research from the Religious Education Field". The book's value as an instrument of work for the teachers of religion, is increased by the considerations to be found in Chapter Seven, where effective working models for researchers are presented. |
