Abstract	Der Sachverständigenausschuss für die Durchführung der Übereinkommen und Empfehlungen ist ein unabhängiges Gremium von Juristen, dessen Aufgabe darin besteht, die Durchführung der IAO-Übereinkommen und -Empfehlungen in den Mitgliedstaaten der Organisation zu überprüfen. Sein Jahresbericht befasst sich mit zahlreichen Aspekten der Anwendung der IAO-Normen. Der Bericht ist in folgende Teile gegliedert: a) Hinweis für den Leser: Beschreibt das Mandat des Ausschusses, seine Funktionsweise und den institutionellen Rahmen, in den er eingebettet ist. b) Teil I: Im Allgemeinen Bericht wird dargelegt, inwieweit die Mitgliedstaaten ihren verfassungsmäßigen Verpflichtungen im Zusammenhang mit internationalen Arbeitsnormen nachgekommen sind, und die wichtigsten Aspekte werden herausgestellt, die die internationalen Arbeitsnormen und das multilaterale System miteinander verknüpfen. c) Teil II: In den Bemerkungen zu bestimmten Ländern wird auf die Anwendung ratifizierter Übereinkommen, nach Gegenstand zusammengefasst (siehe Abschnitt I), und auf die Verpflichtung eingegangen, die Urkunden den zuständigen Stellen vorzulegen (siehe Abschnitt II).
