Abstract | Today school-development should result in quality-development. This slogan is generally accepted. Discussions starts when details about the why and how etc. are reflected. Normally school-leaders and teachers mostly are unprepared and unexperienced to include into their agenda processes of innovation. School-organisation, buildings, timetables, lack of experience and other handicaps are severe obstacles to make use of the new pedagogical freedom of self-responsibility given by new regulations. In this article the author summarizes his experiences and describes the changes of roles, concepts, pedagogy if actions are be taken into the direction of quality-development. He elaborates the role of school management and the change of its function and the role of (self)supervision and school-inspection with respect to the varieties of Federal States regulations. He continuous with an analysis of the pro's and con's of the different group-concepts applicable and lists key items and aims to be followed in planning. (DIPF/Orig.). |
