Abstract	[Der Beitrag ist die Einleitung zum Sammelband, in dem es um die Frage geht,] welche Geschichten [...] pädagogische Organisationen erzählen, wenn sie auf ihre Innovations- und Anpassungsbemühungen und deren Folgen hin befragt werden, die sie in Auseinandersetzung mit ihrem jeweiligen historischen Kontext entwickelt haben. Damit wollen [die Herausgeber des Bandes] in den Diskurs der historischen Pädagogik eine organisationspädagogische Perspektive einführen und umgekehrt Methoden und Ergebnisse historischpädagogischer Forschung zur Klärung organisationspädagogischer Fragen nutzen.
